We invite German language teachers and researchers in HE to present at the symposium Deutscher Sprachunterricht an britischen Universitäten: Vergangenheit, Gegenwart, Zukunft, taking place on 10 September 2025 at King's College London. The event will mark the inaugural meeting of the newly established German Language Assocition (GLA).

We welcome contributions that are either policy focused or grounded in research/scholarship informed innovative teaching practices in the area of German language education. All papers should contribute to the theme of the symposium.
